buyers to sellers. After we qualify you, we will immediately
make contact with ALL businesses in that industry (s). There is
no obligation or commitment on your part!
Qualifying
Buyers.
We qualify
buyers in a two tier approach. First we examine the buyers
potential based on information submitted via the Internet and/or
phone. From there we schedule a "buyer interview"
where we meet face to face to complete the buyer qualification
process. Buyers are qualified under certain business types and
prices. There
is never any cost to you. We earn our commissions
from the seller once a business or franchise closes.
Who
Qualifies?
Essentially anyone who meets our basic criteria.
Unlike what you may have heard elsewhere, you can qualify to buy
a business with a small down
payment and fair to great credit. You will also need previous
industry experience for that business. The exceptions to the industry requirements include
anyone with general management experience or those looking to
purchase a new franchise.

help you obtain financing. We work with over 35 lenders who lend
to most credit situations.
